Okay now i know this looks bad, but let me explain.
I dont kill animals and I'm not crazy. Wait let me start again. I dont kill animals. My animals were all given to me or found. I strongly oppose picking up dead animals off the side of the road, but hey we all break our own rules sometimes.

I think there is a beauty in death that goes overlooked or purposely ignored by most people. One of the reasons I photograph dead things is to try to get people to think about what they perceive as grotesque and why.

Taxidermy is tricky.
It requires patience, attention to detail, and dexterious hands.
So you can see why all of mine look like...well, lets not say it. In my head I'm quietly proud.
But never fear, Im getting better. Maybe one day I will dazzle you with my l33t taxidermy skillz and you will think I have just photographed a living animal.

Besides, beauty is in the eye of the beholder right?
